There's money in filling out census forms
March 28, 2010 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- 2010 census forms were mailed earlier this month and so far about 34 percent of people have already returned their forms.
Census officials estimate that if 100-percent of households mailed back their forms, taxpayers would save $1.5 billion dollars.
